Services offered by Softcrux Solutions have different plans of action to accomplish any task, as a result the refund policy be at variance from one service to other.

  • To achieve any campaign’s milestone, a certain set of resources are occupied. Therefore, we would not entertain any refund for the work already completed.
  • We don’t initiate any refund for the cost paid in the form of administrative charges or installation charges.
  • Taxes paid on the services imposed by regulatory bodies would not be refunded by Softcrux Solutions with fee refund.
  • No refund will be entertained for the services placed under same-day delivery.
  • We don’t initiate refund in case a service gets cancelled because of any violation of terms mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.
  • There is no refund policy if any delay or service disorder happens due to amendment in the scope of work/project in the mid of development phase or due to any third-party involvement.
